WWYHA Player Code of Conduct

WWYHA has adopted the USA Hockey Core Values/Zero Tolerance Policy related to youth hockey players' development, including sportsmanship, respect for the individual, integrity, and pursuit of excellence through competition, loyalty, and teamwork. Players are expected to act responsibly and respectfully on and off the ice. As a condition of membership, every player must comply with the following Player's Code of Conduct. 

Both the player's and parent/legal guardian's signatures are required.

Please return the agreement to your Team Manager before your first game.
