Financial Assistance

The goal of the WWYHA is to provide an opportunity for every child within our organization to play hockey regardless of their family’s ability to pay. The organization is sensitive to the rising costs associated with travel youth hockey and the challenging economic climate. At the WWYHA, we are very fortunate to receive support from the Chad A. Jacobs Memorial Foundation ("CAJ Foundation") to assist our families that qualify for financial aid.

The Chad A. Jacobs Memorial Scholarship is available to WWYHA house and travel hockey players who have a desire to play hockey and have a financial need. The Hockey Scholarship Committee, comprised of members of the CAJ Foundation Executive and Advisory Board, determines the recipients of the hockey scholarships. The CAJ Foundation has awarded almost $250,000 to WWYHA players since the 2011-2012 season. Families can find the Chad A. Jacobs Memorial Scholarship application below.
